Activity Report June -> July 2007
Get Serious about Dawah Campaign
During the last two months the IPCI conducted 4 successful outreach programme in the following areas:
Durban Workshop Project - 21 June 2007
Regular inter-faith programmes are conducted by other religious groups using this venue to reach out to the masses. The IPCI hired this venue and convened a programme for the Non-Muslims. The programme was in keeping with the trend at the workshop wherein lively interaction takes place and the IPCI, together with the Verulam Islamic Centre for Girls and the Refocus and Drug Upliftment (RAUF) kept up to the standards. The Message of Islam was delivered to the masses together with the free distribution of IPCI literature. The VIDC rendered Islamic songs and the RAUF members gave their experience on overcoming their drug problems.
Another date is set for the 25 of August 2007. Be there and interact with the non-Muslim. Help us to distribute our FREE LITERATURE.
Port Shepstone – 22nd June 2007
This outreach programme was attended by approximately 200 people. The topic Did Jesus Preach Islam or Christianity was well received by the Muslims and non-Muslims. A lively question and answer session reminiscent of the days when Sheikh Ahmed Deedat took on the Christian Pastors.
